See programsI grew up not particularly active — sport wasn't really my thing and movement felt more like a chore than anything else. In my early 20s, I found strength training and everything shifted. Testing what my body could do, chasing goals, showing up for myself — it became a cornerstone of my mental health and confidence in a way I hadn't expected.
That experience is what drives The Strength Journey.
I'm a high school teacher and fitness coach passionate about getting teens moving their bodies safely and confidently. Working in schools, I see every day what happens when young people feel strong and capable — and what happens when they don't.
I started The Strength Journey in 2025 to bridge those worlds: the science of strength & conditioning and the real, human work of helping a teenager believe in themselves.
My mission is simple — to have as many young people as possible reaping the benefits of strength training and building lifelong healthy habits. Not for aesthetics, not for trends. For health, resilience, and a body they can trust.
